The resort is quite a journey from the airport, but the staff is nice and accommodating. However, I was disappointed to find out that meals weren't included in my all-inclusive booking, and the Wi-Fi connection was quite poor. I did enjoy some lovely excursions, especially the snorkeling trip which was definitely a highlight. Overall, while the staff were a bright spot, there were notable limitations regarding meals and connectivity.

This resort is quite a trek from San Jose Airport, but the staff really made my stay enjoyable. I had a wonderful experience at Hotel del Sur. The amenities were impressive and the staff, especially Manager Juan, was incredibly helpful. He really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, providing personalized recommendations and assisting us with car troubles. The only drawbacks were some Wi-Fi connectivity issues and less comfortable bedding, but overall, it was a lovely place to relax.
